I don't think the problem is that they don't want to to learn English, the problem is that they don't have to. In some cities (like Miami) one can get by without knowing a word of English.

My solution? (I knew you'd ask), is to require the use of English in all government and commercial transactions and to abolish non-English language media. English is the glue that can hold our nation together.

Do you propose sending the Cuban immigrants back to Cuba? Are you proposing that the wet foot-dry foot immigration policy for Cubans be revised to forcible repatriation back to Cuba?
