But in Mark 4:11-12, Jesus says he speaks openly to his followers, but in parables to everyone else, because he DOESN'T WANT them to be saved. So it appears Jesus is following Satan's agenda.

Cute. One of the principles of understanding the Bible is learning the context of the scriptures you quote. Another principle is to get all the scriptures on the subject. You wouldn't have made such a silly comment if you had read what Jesus later told His disciples:

Luke 12:2-4 Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops.

The context of the verse you quoted was Jesus talking to a mixture of people. Some were to be called then, some were not. Jesus said people were responsible for what they understood. It wasn't time for a general call at that time. That came later, after Jesus' resurrection. See Peter's sermons in Acts 2 and 5.
