Dan,I believe that Calif has it's own version of this ? I was in a independent sporting goods store yesterday talking to the firearms dept and I came away with my blood boiling. There is no way you can keep a hand gun handy without breaking one law or another even when you are out hunting. And don't get caught with one in the car.

California's is worse. I'm not up to date on it, but they passed a ton of ASD bills.
