Well, I've gotten into a few arguments with the "amen corner" before. In terms of Israel Shamir, he's an excellent writer, for example, he translates James Joyce into Hebrew. His Hebrew's gotta be beautiful. His English is and it's something that he learned late in life. There are many famous people of Jewish descent that are very much against what's happening in Israel. The "amen corner" would very much prefer if you never heard about them.
