--my honest opinion is it's most likely "too late' to avoid the devastating US military neutralising first strike. The sellout is complete and on track. Most of the folks who have made it to the top are probably in on it. It's hard to tell who is or who isn't, but if you look at the gestalt of international arms trafficking and development, with all the little spy clues here, combined with the 'golden boy" status of china in the international 'free trader" community, there's only one obvious conclusion.
I'm planning on and working towards even more survival preps, including a for-real shelter with integral air filtration, suitable for long term use.
