The opposition leader was killed by a bomb hidden in a videorecamera. This assassination
was probebly undertaken by the Taliban or the terrororganization of
Osama bin Mohammed bin Laden.

And tracking down the killers of Masud, "The Lion of The North".

I think it was in a Los Angeles Times article a couple of months ago on the assassination
basically said that Osama's guys did it...basically as a favor or as a quid pro quo
for the Taliban.
Sort of like Osama was paying rent to the Taliban by taking Masud out of the picture.
