Hughes? Cia? Possibly, but what about Osama? Al Qaeda? Saddam? They've been around for years with interest in chemical weapons. I wonder what those "proteins" would do to a water supply? Turn people into babbling shells of their former selves? The water supply to the White House? To the UN? (LOL!) Or the water supply ised on foreign shores by our military?
