Vin Suprynowicz has suggested that every Federal statute and Constitutional amendment enacted after 1912 should be repealed, or at least reviewed very carefully. that would be a good start
Vin is a most excellent writer and I have great respect for him. I would have little hesitation in agreeing to that suggestion!
