While certainly I would support a pro-life candidate.. I view the "except in cases of rape and incest" line to be a COMPROMISE.. if we are standing on the principle that "a baby is a baby is a baby" then killing the baby because he/she was concieved in a tragic scenario makes no sense and causes more problems than it solves..
