Or bestiality, or S&M, or necrophilia. What if his last wish was to rape a woman? Or murder someone? Where would they be willing to draw the line?

I personally would draw the line at inalienable rights, just as I always do.

The question here, is not whether it is reasonable to engage children in sexual behavior. It is not reasonable or moral to do so.

The question in my mind, is whether or not the 15 year old terminally ill boy, could possibly be considered an adult, having the faculties necessary to comprehend and consent to sexuality.

Clearly rape, murder, necrophilia, etc... violate rights, and such suggestions are ridiculous on their face. Did you intend for these things to sound like hyperbole?

Precisely. Because aside from you, the other libertarians seem to have no qualms at all about this.
