The question remains: "Can you give an example of Jesus dealing with any of the issues such as "spilling coffee and getting mad," or a "bad hair day"? I have not found any Scripture for these issues."

He dealt with the fleshly results of those things, which are usually counter to God's desired results. There are about 1.5 billion things that can cause us to have a bad attitude, Joyce Meyer merely deals with the issues that we face today and merely uses them to help us keep our priorities straight. She helps us see how we get bent out of shape over stupid things.

The question is, would we rather have a bad attitude about things we can't change, or draw on the fruits of the Sprit so that we might positively affect our relationship with God?

People with a bad attitude have a tough time approaching the Throne of God. Besides, others are watching us.
