Our government is responsible for keeping us from being attacked on our homeland.
Instead of providing for our needs, our elected officials are running around atempting to give everyone what they want. Why not file suit against Washington D.C.?
Yes, but there's nothing more the airlines could have done using pre-9/11 security standards that would have prevented the event.
A judge applying the "reasonable man" rule, using pre-9/11 standards, would have to throw this out, IMO.
