I always thought Gray Davis was a dead ringer for Sheppard Strudwick, a 50's B-movie actor who specialized in crooked, cynical authority figures (that's an uncanny fit, too). I am HTML deficient, otherwise I'd post a photo and you'd see. Help, anybody?
