No, they are not. They forgot Merry Christmas.

Thank you for the list; certainly I will visit a few of them, Ann's of particular.

It's over, get used to it. Besides we have more solid holidays based on fat men with beards in red suits flying around the world with reindeer and liviving with elves at the north pole. Easter bunnies, great pumpkins and on and on. No made up stuff for us.

No, they are not. They forgot Merry Christmas.Ah, but wishing people Merry Christmas is politically incorrect (unless it's done in a foreign language with a rainbow ribbon):

My 9 year old came home asking me to help him do some research on Kwanzaa for a project he was working on at school. Even in the dark with me driving the car he saw my response and asked, "Why are you rolling your eyes?"
I waited until I had downloaded information from some of the sites that are "Kwanzaa resource centers" and showed him information about the Pledge, the reason for the colors in the flag, and some of the aims. His eyes got very large and he said, "OK. I get it now."
This kid has not a prejudice bone in his body and I don't want him to develop one, but I also want him to learn critical thinking.
And before you ask, the topic was not assigned. They had a number of winter holiday topics they could choose from and he and a friend chose to work on this together.

Be sure to print out some of the articles and information from my KounterKwanzaa Link List. He'll definitely need them if he wants to do a truthful report on this fraudulent, marxist, racially divisive "holiday".

US does NOT stand for "US vs. THEM." it stands for United Slaves Organization, of which ron karenga was the founder.

I ran into someone who made a distinction between a Jamaican and an "African-American", Jamaica is a sovereign country, therefore the inhabitants there are not Americans. That's the difference.
