This is supposed to prove what? You've already had your head handed to you on the Presser case. I can cite prior State court cases (Like Georgia for instance) where the Supreme Court Justices there were not so blatantly and willfully disrespectful of the law. Have you ever read the racist roots of gun control by Clayton Cramer? You should.
