If Denver's law is unconstitutional, where's Ashcroft? He's had time to take on Oregon over their euthanasia laws, and California's medical marijuana. The anti-libertarians are all over this guy for trying to do something about it, but strangely silent about Ashcroft doing nothing.

I'm not impressed with Ashcroft's adherence to his vow to uphold and defend the Constitution. There are 10 Amendments in the Bill of Rights, not just the 2nd Amendment.

Although I gave him a pass early on for his statement on the 2nd Amendment, he fails the smell test on that, and every other Constitutional test since then.
