Self proclaimed "anarchists" engaging in street theatre are just stroking their monstrous egos and calling it "freedom fighting."And pissants cowering in their living rooms championing jackboots and calling it "patriotism."

Win or lose (and I personally think this guy will lose, unfortunately), acts of civil disobedience can bring into focus the unjustice we've come to believe is "justice" and "the rule of law." For the vast majority of the population, who don't have what could be descrbed as a political philosophy ("I vote for the man, not the party" is an admission that they don't know diddly about what separates W from Gore, for instance), it takes something dramatic such as this to get them off their duffs. First I want to thank you for your words of encouragement in my battle against JBTs.
However, and a big however, I want you to remember the sacrifices of Dr. Martin Luther King and Rosa Parks amongst others. It tooks years of in your face confrontation for these injustices to be rectified. Yet in the end, they were rectified by a deliberate process of civil disobedience.
To: MississippiMan; 2nd amendment mama
Hey Mama, I think he's got you. From the mississippi state code:
"[...] the carrying of a concealed pistol or revolver may be disallowed in anyplace in the discretion of the person or entity exercising control over the physical location of such place by the placing of a written notice clearly readable at a distance of not less than ten (10) feet that the "carrying of a pistol or revolver is prohibited."
Personally, I would carry concealed in his establishment - what he doesn't see will not hurt him, and I'm pretty sure his property rights end outside my pocket. If for some reason he called me on it I would apologize and leave. Except there are eleventy-ump other places where concealed carry is prohibited in MS (establishments with the "primary purpose" of wine and liquor consumption). If he has a legit safety issue he might be more up front about it.
Mississippi Man, since the law provides for your discretion, IANAL, but your policy might provoke some civil liability on your part if a person is assaulted on your property, even if you are protecting them. After all, you invited the bad guys by advertising your customers were defenseless. What if a customer were robbed on the way to or from your shop (especially leaving)? You made them disarm - it was at your discretion!

If we want to return our government to the constitutional republic that it was founded and intended to be ... we have to follow the example of those who WILL NOT go quietly into the night but will stand defiant to those who would otherwise enslave us. Being silent and compliant only serves to enbolden the would be tyrant and their lackys. We have seen at least two of these "use idiots" right here on this thread ... no names mentioned ... by me.

I have suffered thru his twisted logic and stupidity over at least 5 threads in the last month. In one he even admits that he supports JBT's as long as they are used in a way HE agrees with .... a paragon a virtual symbol of freedom and liberty ... anti that is

Well, I don't have your seniority, but I do have a great deal of wisdom. If Roscoe will allow me to speak for him, I think we would both be willing to help educate you. I dont know your age but its never too late to learn. If you or Roscoe had an ounce of modesty, you might even follow your own advice.

Nor will I semper fi do or die you are on the right side. And Stan is on the right side. He took a deliberate stand against tyranny. I pray for his safety and his survival. There are few men here or anywhere who would deliberately disobey "the law." He has made a willing sacrifice resulting in his incarceration for what we believe. We cannot and shall not let it be for naught!
To: Roscoe
Seems to come pretty easy to the street theatre anarchists. Silly you, you have no idea of the previews to come. And whilst you're wasting your time doggin our prospectus, the events are unfolding before your very eyes. Yes indeed, you should be most uncomfortable at this juncture as your time is nearly up JBT. It shant be long before we come for you. And rest assured, we will come to all the oppressors of liberty.

Seems to come pretty easy to the street theatre anarchists. And stupid comments seem to come pretty easy to you.
