It must have been because of the "Clinton Era", but I (as G-d is my witness)
heard the term used (refered to with the first four words of the lyric) in a report of
how a woman killed her husband...on a major network radio news report.
This happened about 8 years ago; but I do think it went out over the air at about
2AM.
