1. Chernobyl went in to a full melt-down, and nowhere near "millions" died as a result.

2. This all assumes that a plane crashing in to a Nuclear Reactor would cause a meltdown. This is very unlikely. Any disruption to the normal operations would cause the reactor to shut down. Sure, if there was complete penetration of the concrete there would be a small radioactive release, and the site would become uninhabitable, but that would, in my opinion, have been preferable to the WTC event.

Excellent points and I'm in full agreement.

However...60 Israeli nationals have been picked up by the FBI, many members of the military, and some with training in explosives.
Zim American Isreali Shipping Co., one of Isreal's largest companies, pulled its offices out of two floors (16th & 17th floors of the North Tower) just days before 9/11.
Breaking their lease cost them $50,000.

A Mossad-CIA operation with the FBI left out of the loop?

Frankly, $50k to one of Israel's largest companies is nothing. Second year computer programmers working in the WTC made more than that, and moving their operations to another location would have cost at least ten times that.

If Zim American Isreali Shipping Co., is one of Isreal's largest companies, then spending $50k on breaking a lease would be an inconsequential amount. Companies move, changing leases often. Coincidents happen. I also imagine that $50k could be recouped in a few months if a cheaper rent could be found.
