Linda Tripp did not betray, Monica. Monica tried to get Linda to commit perjury. It is heroic to do the honorable thing and Linda did that. As a retired government employee, that is not an easy thing to do. In fact one of the first things that you hear when you enter govt. service is don't make waves, don't rock any boats and go with the flow. There are times when principle takes over and Linda had the principles to do the right thing. I have never given any credence to the liberal spin that she betrayed Monica. Monica has been given alot of opportunites by the same liberals who were out to hang Linda, for "betraying her friend". I think it was Monica who betrayed that relationship. I do wish Linda well and hope that whe can find a job that she can be happy in. SHe is certainly qualified and intelligent. I do wish that somewhere in the government she can get employed.
