OK, DW. I'm glad at least that this is a speculation of yours. I just became very weary of Bush supporters telling me that everything I disliked about his proposed policies during the election campaign was just "strategery". In many cases, his strategies appear to have been aimed at his publicly becoming a democrat or something like that. ;-)
