I take it you did not watch the weeklong senate confirmation hearings where this man was GRILLED, and CALLED a racist.. I recall one such appearance by a well known congresswoman who stated that John Ashcroft is a racist because "I know a racist when I see one"... Now there is some "evidence" that just makes me sick..
