Can non-citizens buy guns? If not, why would their names show up on the list? I've bought a lot of guns over the last several years and every time I fill out the forms, there is always at least one spot asking if the buyer is a US citizen. If it doesn't matter, why ask? Regardless..........Teddy and clan just want another avenue to get at gun owners.

None citizens-like convicted felons-are not able to purchase handguns.........but they never buy them at stores.

Can non-citizens buy guns? If not, why would their names show up on the list? Only citizens and resident aliens with green cards can purchase firearms. I really don't care if they look at the list, the government knows I have guns, anyway, and I am not an Arab or a terrorist. Food for thought: maybe some of those Arabs who married American women just to get citizenship also have aresenals they are willing to use.
