Why couldn't they just innoculate them, and then quarantine them for however long it takes for the innoculation to "take"?

Good point. I am not 100% up to speed on the measures that the CDC would take. I would think that they would at least wait for soem initial test results to come back first, which if the Antrax cases taught us anything, could take days.

Good question. How long does it take for an innoculation to kick in ... if they can get it there.
