That would be too funny if OJ was proven innocent. People would not be able to accept it. How much fun would that be to watch watch reactions of people as the perceived reality of OJ's guilt is proven wrong.

Oh, c'mon. This is not news, it's a press blurb from a third-rate publisher for a third-rate 'true crime' book by 2 third-rate hacks. Does anyone have any conception of how PR works in the media industry? P.T. Barnum did.

And he not only murdered Nicole and Ron, he helped the police plant all the evidence against OJ.

the swimming pool cleaners in Beverly Hills drive Mercedes and BMWs and I'm sure the house painters are paid extremely well. I would hope he wasnt PAINTING while wearing Bruno Maglis, but it is not far fetched that a house painter in Beverly Hills could own a pair. Bottom line is --- OJ DID IT.

OJ is one big, strong, bad mfer. He made his living running over and knocking down 300 pound men who were every bit as bad as he was. Plus he had been trained for his roles in movies to use a knife and cut throats. Frogman was one. I think he killed Nicole which would have been easy because she was not suspecting him to kill her. Then Ron walked up, OJ had to kill him too and had a litle more trouble because there was evidence Ron put up a struggle. But he was no match for OJ.

I can't help it. I take great delight when "consensus reality" is shown not to be reality. Not that that has happened in this case, but at least there is a new potential for it.

The question is which D.A. is going to have the 10,000 pound cohones to re-do the case?

If it is him, it wouldn't be the first time a mistake was made by cops, nor will it be the last time.

I have always had an "agnostic" position on the OJ case. I have no problem believing that OJ did it. I also have no problem believing that the LAPD planted evidence to improve the case. I mean, everybody on the LAPD knew that OJ was guilty, so what is the problem with helping the evidence along, to guarantee that a murderer gets convicted. In golf it is called "improving your lie", meaning moving your ball out of a divot or up onto the top of the grass. Many golfers don't consider this cheating. I think that many Policeman don't consider manufacturing evidence against an obviously guilty suspect cheating, since the perpetrators of crime have so many legal advantages and the Police's "hands are tied".

The question to me always was, has enough evidence been fabricated to point to an innocent man? That is the problem. From a jury's point of view, once any piece of evidence has been shown to be manufactured, the all evidence must be viewed with suspicion.

To be specific, the chain-of-custody and timeline problems with the OJ blood samples always struck me as being suspicious. Also, finding one blood soaked glove at the crime scene, and another at the house, especially when both gloves were found by the same Police Officer, always struck me as just too cute.

The thump--bang on the wall Cato Kalin heard 20 minutes after the murders...who did that?

Oh yeah, Marc Furman was at home---called into work a few hrs. later.

Yeah OJ struggled with the murderer--tried to save Nicole Smith and Ron Goldman---even got cut...you are a PHD genius!

Breaking apart the door in her other home---the windshield in her car...all valentines greetings from a loving husband---PHD?

I am a white, conservative Republican with a Ph.D. I watched most of the trial. I believe that OJ is innocent.

Do you believe that O.J. is innocent or that the prosecutors failed to prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt? In all seriousness, if you believe the former, then you're more of a wack job then I am, and obviously need serious psychologicial help. If you believe the latter, then join the club. I've spend a lot of time in some of the most prestigious courts in the country, and based upon my observations and experiences, Simpson walked not because he was innocent and not because of quality of his legal team, but because the LAPD and the LADA bungled and mismanaged the case from day one.

The book "Tainting evidence" that I cited in my post 81 gives a very different perspective on the blood and DNA evidence than what is popularly presented. It harshly criticises the forensic science, but is too short on technical details to make its allegations satisfactorily understandable.

I always thought that I'm the only white, male in America that doesn't think OJ is guilty.

I too, am white conservative, and pretty well educated, I also had the oppotunity to see the Entire Criminal Trial (Transitioning at that time) and he is in fact...Innocent!

And before you reflexive moron types start chiming in, I can quote from memory most of the evidence and facts in the case, so if you have some inane comment to make, please refer to facts, not rank racism, and /or speculation.
