I thought the most interesting (and scary) thing Goldberg said was that most in the media were not real liberals. He said he could respect a real liberal because they have principles and often make sacrifices to live by those principles. While most in the media just think the way they do because it's their "reality" (I'm paraphrasing here, I don't remember his exact words); they know no other "side". The example was used of the woman who was surprised that Nixon won the election; she said "I don't know ANYBODY who voted for Nixon", though he won 49 states.
Reminds me of many of my liberal friends driving big gas-guzzling SUV's while continually preaching "Save the Environment" and wouldn't drive that big SUV through a poor black neighborhood if their life depended on it. That some of them would actually admit to this is astounding!
