Yeah, sounds like it. In daylight in good weather, bombers are (relatively) easy to spot—you see an Arab in a heavy coat on a summer day, you run for the police, chalking up another victory for racial profiling. But it looks like it's raining in Jerusalem right now, so I'm sure he expected to be able to make it to a rush-hour bus stop somewhere. Baruch hashem he didn't succeed.

Given these sick SOBs' MO, though, that means that there's probably a car bomb (intended for Magen David Adom) somewhere more crowded that will be going off within the hour. Stay safe, AiI.
