Personally I don't think it is possible for a boy of 14 or 15 to be sexually abused by a woman. Obviously the boy wanted and encouraged it. Where were these teachers when I was 14? Actually I'm glad they weren't around because I probably wouldn't have been mature enough to resist the temptation.
Of course if it was a girl student and a male teacher, it would be different. In that situation, the male teacher would rightfully be charged with rape of a minor. But a woman being charged with sexual assault in this situation? Ridiculous. Of course, she should be fired and humiliated. But she shouldn't go to jail.

What purpose does it serve for a 14 year old boy to be sexually active? There is no benefit, unless you count pregnancy...and then what? Abortion? Adoption? Fatherhood at 14?
That there is. I can only speak for myself, but I'm not sure that sex with an older woman at 15 would have scarred me for life, and if his story is true, he seems to have had it together enough to get a car out of the deal. I'm thinking there's two bozos on this bus...I have a hard time stretching this to child molestation by itself, but add the drug thing and it's pretty disgusting. Again, if true, and someone has already pointed out that it should be fairly easy to establish, given the paper trail.
OTOH, it could well be just a fantasy, unlike the time I was kidnapped and ravished by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders...uh...don't want to hear about it, huh?...
About 6 months ago, I had an argument with a female freeper who had a 19 year old son who went out on dates, etc. and she claimed that he has never maturbated. She says that she told him that it was wrong, and that she asked him if he did and he said no. Of course, her son would never lie to her...It was really quite amusing to see how women can be so out of touch with their teen-age boys.
That doesn't make much sense to me. Girls actually mature faster than boys. So, if it's okay for a 14-year-old boy, why not a 14-year-old girl? Is it because a girl can get pregnant? Or because a girl would be more likely to have her heart broken? Or what? I kind of tend to agree with you; I'm not sure why though.
