Everybody in Asia knew it was no accident. CCP paid US to bomb the embassy so CCP could create an incident to divert people's attention on FA-LUNG KUNG unrest. Besides, it also created an against the evil US atmosphere. FA-LUNG KUNG is based and supported by the US.
At the same time Clinton was off the hook because people would believe he was no friend of CCP.
