As soon as you click on it and it loads as you see a developed window, hit the "X" on your brower to stop it from loading another blank screen.

For some reason as soon as it loads it automaticly loads another blank screen/address.

The was also another joint US-Canada Announcement on a website about the 2 nations working together for "security" involving biometrics that kept coming up blank; and I couldn't get it to load no matter how I tried.
