Wrong on that count. Most salespeople are computer illiterate yet they make tones of cash for the company. At least this is the case in my experience (11 years).

I agree. I've worked for/with the sales department plus the CEO, President and VP at several companies. They generate sales; they aren't computer folks. Neither am I by any means, but I was their support person. When I couldn't figure out simple things, then, I called IT.
