Flight data recorders that you haven't heard. I've seen the charts from the flight data recorders as well as photos of the tail and the tail mounts. There is no "wing slap" damage to the tail.
These witness accounts are often seriously flawed. The guy who saw the wing slap off the tail is clearly mistaken.

What makes you think the general public has a "right" to see every bit of information available about every subject? The constitution does not have a provision for "right of information"!!

Gov't shills (who haven't heard the actual tapes or seen the videos) are quick to accept whatever the gov't TELLS us - without evidence. (The gov't never lies - do they?)
If the audio and video items support the gov't - why haven't they been released?
