If I lived there, I'd be instrumental in starting a brand new myth. Men who abuse babies and children will wake up tied to a fence, already castrated, having every square inch of their skin methodically sliced loose and left hanging as a flap. Then hot coals could be inserted and superglued or stapled into place. I think that would be a good myth, don't you? Perhaps it could be tried a few times, just to give the myth a little substance. I just made this up but I can't find a flaw in my plan. There are worse things than AIDS.

I'm not normally inclined to torture but I can't think of a more just way of dealing with someone who tortures innocents for any selfish purpose. Even if these babies survive what has been done to them, the odds are they'll have contracted HIV. Their suffering isn't over.

While I sympathize with your sentiment, your plan has one flaw. In order to carry it out one would have to expose himself to lots of infectious fluids.

I would suggest this punishment:

1) Inject the rapist with sufficient curare to paralyze his arms and legs,
2) Strip off his clothing,
3) Lower him feet-first into a pit swarming with thousands of hungry rats.

It could take as long as a day to die... eaten alive, one small bite at a time.
