Yeah, the wheelchair he invented.. now that was something! I guess he decided he wanted to start making money. I don't think he's gonna make any on this one, but you never know. The pet rock sold millions.

That's IT? Entire civilizations are to be restructured around a two wheeled scooter? Give me a break. Companies and cities will go broke trying to appease the stupid toy. LSD was a better invention.

Oh wait. With Dems in the House, they will certainly get federal funding with our tax dollars.

When is the IPO listing?

Self balancing? Looks like the wheels do a pretty good job at doing that.

Short it. If it goes up, short it more.

According to the TIME article they spent $100 million designing this thing. Obviously wasn't some goof welding together yard sale bicycle parts in his garage. Though people should be cautious. Investors will be flocking to plunk down millions on what might be the 2002 version of the hula hoop or Cabbage Patch Kid, or maybee worse, another Coleco Vision.

Gosh, if only Gore were in Office, he could ban internal combustion engines 19 years sooner than he has planned and force people to use this thing.

BTW it discriminates against people who are parapalegics. :)

Eh, you never know. Maybe it will do better than I think. After seeing that picture of the folks with the Razor scooters, it may actually catch on. $3000 is a little steep, but I heard they were selling motorized scooters at Costco for $600. This thing could easily drop into the sub $1000 range with enough volume. The market for them may be larger than I thought.
