ROMULUS -- Detroit Metropolitan Airport officials awarded $33.1 million in new contracts to political donors of Wayne County Executive Edward H. McNamara last year, a Detroit News investigation found.

That amounts to 86 percent of the money from the 44 contracts placed out for bid.

There are several more articles here. This is HUGE. McNamara is not running for another term as County Exec. He is the dems kingmaker. Jenny Granholm, our lousy AG got his start from him as his attorney. Mike Duggan was another attorney for him. He's now prosecutor of Wayne County. Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick is another McNamara friend. His dad is McNamara's spokesman. Kilpatrick's mom is a congresswoman. All dem roads in Wayne County lead to Ed McNamara. It's an old stereotype, but he's an old fashion Irish Urban Political Boss in the style of the Daleys and Boss Tweeds.

BTW - To all those that don't know, Michigan's most anti-2a governor candidate, Granholm, is a McNamara protege, so as far as I'm concerned this a gun related issue as well as it's a scandal involving a gun grabber. Anti-gun rat Mike Duggan is also tied to McNamara.

Reading more of the stories on the Det News, I found that Fink(David?), the lawyer for PWCAK was a donor and received a contract from Metro Airport.

Fink is running against Joe Knollenberg. Are you going to be in his district with redistricting?

I hope this has the impact it should on the residents of Wayne County and the state. Unfortunately, I don't hold out much hope for the residents of Detroit. Look how many times they re-elected that crooked rat bastard Coleman Young.
