BADJOE sez we're good to go so here 'tis......... In a few moments I will post an announcement of a lottery ticket scratch off (Oregon's "Cold Cash" lottery). All details will be in the announcement. We will see how this first one goes and make changes accordingly. A little later, we will start the first of 5 tickets for "Freeper Fishin' Derby" where the rules get a little more complicated and, consequently, more fun. Get ready! Here she comes!!!
