Heavenly Father, I come to You unworthy, but ever thankful of Your power and love for us. Lord, continually forgive me of my sins and guide my heart to be what You would have me to be. Hear our cry for Your intervention, Your love. Walk with us through the dark valleys knowing that we have nothing to be afraid of when we but trust in You. You know the requests Lord, spoken or not, and we trust in You that You will answer all these in Your time, so that none of us can say that we did it, but that You did. In Christ's Holy Name. Knowing and believing that You hear and answer prayers. Amen

Good morning, my friends. I know this is unusual, but no one I know is on FR right now, and I really need your help. I am in excruciating pain right now - the muscles on the right side of my upper back, shoulder and neck have been in severe and active spasm for three days now. The whole region has been painful and spasmed for six weeks - it's just a lot worse now. I can't sleep, I can't work, and I really need the powerful prayers of my friends to help me.
I went to a chiro/massage therapist yesterday, and go again on Monday, but I am exhausted and in nonstop pain. Thank you for your prayers and your love, and I lift a prayer now for you all.
Thank you

Oh, I am so sorry to hear you are suffering! You poor thing. Of course, prayers going up for you.
In the mean time, is there nothing that a doctor can give you to relax your muscle spasms and ease your pain?

Thanks, Mama Bear! I have some herbal muscle relaxants and some extra strength Tylenol, which are only marginally successful. My -ex is going to hand over some of the meds he recently had when he hurt his back, and I'll reduce the dose somewhat because of difference in body mass. Supposed to ice every hour. There's just no comfortable position to be in, and one pain cascades into another. I am just so tired. Thanks, and hugs.

I thank God for sending His Son to save us, we did not deserve it. I thank Him for my beautiful wife and children, and for every other blessing I have received. I thank Him for the privledge of being born in the USA, and having the freedom to worship Him as I please. It is that freedom that will spread His message.
My prayers are for both of you. I pray that our Lord above will have mercy, and ease your pain, and grant you comfort. I thank Him as well for bringing it to our attention, that I might understand that others have needs, and praying for them eases my burdens. I pray that God will use you to minister to others, and that your rewards will be many. May He be magnified and receive the glory. In Christ's name I pray. Amen.
