Um...I hate to pi~~ on the defense contractor love fest but...shouldn't we spend this money on terrorist interdiction rather than the imaginary threat of ICBMs. Please show me the fault in my logic.

imaginary threat of 4 simultaneous jumbo jet hijackings
originating from U.S. soil from you? Me too...

Last I heard, our bosom buddy China </ sarcasm> had
ICBM capabilities against our land. Along the same lines,
maybe we should wait until we are sufficiently infected with
smallpox or worse to begin developing disease WMD vaccine stores.
