The Local Fox News affiliate (WTTG Ch. 5) did an extended news story on this Santa controversy tonight where Mayor Kitty Raufaste said that "this whole thing has gotten out of hand...", etc. Also, the news featured a gentleman by the name of Mike Griffin who had just purchased his first Santa suit ever just to attend this event. The News Anchor had a smile and twinkle in his eye when he concluded the story by saying that "well, we'll just have to see how this whole thing turns out Sunday." ;-)
Though local municipal races are "non-partisan", I believe all four of them are registered RATS, if not RINOs. Will have to verify this - if you really need to know. Regardless, Kensington is a bastion of liberal government types and transient leftovers from the eight years of Clintonista/Goron immorality ruling this area and nation.
