Got a similar email from AT&T Broadband a couple of weeks ago. But their servers are all jammed up today and it's impossible to get any information out of them. Guess we'll find out at midnight. (No way we're going to Netzero.)

You are not kidding about super slow AT&T servers. I can't even check my long distance bill without a "go-out-for-coffee-and-a-roll" wait. For a "high tech" company, they sure suck don't do too well.
