Why are you shocked that some people in the world might think the Mossad or the Iraelis were involved. There must be 40 incidents in the past 20 years when they have screwed up and been caught red-handed doing really crummy things and/or trying to turn the West against the Arabs.
No, I'm not shocked that there are people who blame the Jews for everything -- of course, they try to water it down by saying they blame the Mossad, but if you listen to them for a while, you realize what their real beef is.
