I became concerned when I heard that teachers were reading books dealing with witchcraft to their students. Then I learned that three of these children's books dealing with witchcraft occupied the top three spots on the NY Times best-seller list for several months.
If anything else, these books are a huge cultural phenomenone, and should be the subject of intense scrutiny by Christians.
I would agree with you there. And I have scrutinized the books - I've read all four. Have you?
Are you at least willing to concede that we've taken the same information and come to different conclusions? I respect your decision not to read them or have your children read them.
All I've ever wanted was the same respect without being told I was sending my kids to hell (and I don't think you have ever said that).
