When the Islamist Fundamentalist in the Taliban and al Queda say "that they can't lose because 'Allah is with them'" and then one by one their leaders are killed off and they lose every battle and the country itself, when does one of these genius' connect the dots and say "Hey boys, it looks like Allah is with Uncle Sam and we ARE the EVIL DOERS.?"

Are you kidding? These lunatics are the poster children for Denial. And to the degree any society is an aggregation of individuals, the whole of their culture is equally pathological.
