Interesting question you pose. Seems like one would have to say either that smokers are idiots or that smoking is addictive. I believe it's the latter.

Why do you say that? Could there not be a third possibility? That smokers simply enjoy their habit and dig in their heels when others try to tell them what to do? I believe it's the latter, in fact, I'm sure of it.

As a smoker, I know its addictive, I also know, that my late husband was addicted to smoking, , I also know that once cancer of the lung is found, chances are it's too late.
