It's Reno NEVADA (not California). I guess that's how they get around it. There is still some freedom left in the U.S. By the way, I wasn't the least bit bothered by the smoke, either; they must have a great air filter system. For victory & freedom!!!

Oh, I totally agree ... I'm just amazed that Nevada manages to get around what I thought was a federal law. They do crack down on restaurants here in L.A. and there is a move to ban smoking in parks. I'm appalled at how we've made smokers pariahs!
