Say, did you know you can still smoke in the casinos in Reno? I was surprised. There they were puffing away, gambling away, right there in the Cal Neva. Also, those Japanese tourists who visit Hawaii, they demand their smoking privileges, too. So see, it's not all banned. For victory & freedom!!!

The city council in Honolulu (Now that Japanese visitor traffic is down nearly 50%) Is considering driving a stake through the heart of the states only real industry, tourism, by instituting a smoking ban like the one in force in California. The sponsoring councilman, strangely enough Duke Bainum from Waikiki, is running for mayor too.

Say, did you know you can still smoke in the casinos in Reno? Yep, and the antis in Nevada have their panties all in a wad about it. "Officials start to craft ballot measure on smoking restrictions--Kenny behind plan to ensure cleaner air in restaurants, other public places" from the Las Vegas Review-Journal, November 9, 2001.

Say, did you know you can still smoke in the casinos in Reno? I guess I missed the part where smoking was outlawed in Nevada. Reno is still in Nevada.... right?
