Ps. 45:7-8 The eternal and everlasting God has enthroned you! The scepter of your kingdom must be a scepter of equity. You must love justice and hate iniquity because God, your God has annointed you. Or 7 Thy throne given of God, endureth forever and ever: the scepter of equity is the scepter of thy kingdom.

These two translations are from The Anchor Bible and The Holy Bible< Hebrew publishing Co. I dont have a problem with the other scripture either. Is. 9:6... and his name shall be called Wonder of a Counsellor, Mighty Judge of the everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

As far as the Holy Spirit of Yahweh, in Hebrew it is refered to as she, just as wisdom is refered to as she. Both words are feminine in gender, but it doesn't make them persons. In the New Testament the Holy Spirit is sometimes he and sometimes it. Also the definite article is sometimes used and sometimes not in the greek. We all " see through a glass darkly" and prophesy in part.

Shalom

Actually, the gender of nouns in the OT and NT is rather arbitrary -- the Spirit is referred to as "she" simply because the Hebrew word, ruach, is feminine. In the NT, it's the same way, although you're wrong about the Spirit being "sometimes he and sometimes it." The Spirit is ALWAYS, hyperliterally, "it," because the Greek word, pneuma is a neuter noun.

What gender cases have to do with the Personhood of the Spirit is beyond me.

I am curious though -- you wouldn't happen to be involved with a "Sacred Name" church, would you (Assembly of Yahweh, etc.)?
