"These are not material witnesses," one law-enforcement source said. "They facilitated the attack. They aided and abetted the hijackers. I do hope that this is true.
To: kattracks
I truly hope that one of the facilitators turns out to be the retired professor who housed two of the hi-jackers and rented rooms in his house to several other "material witnesses" still in custody.

Meanwhile, the Immigration and Naturalization Service yesterday announced the arrest of a Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad sympathizer in Tampa, Fla., on charges he violated his visa. Mazen al Najjar, who helped raise money for the anti-Israel and anti-U.S. groups, was ordered deported by the U.S. 11th Circuit court in Atlanta. Is that what happened to A+bert?

Don't remember hearing anything regarding screeners who let the terrorists board at the airports.
They wouldn't have left such an important detail to chance.
Have I missed something in the barrage of news since 9/11??

They could face 20 years to life in prison if convicted on a wide range of possible charges.I'd prefer to see them burned alive in jet fuel.

Nothing like having the press warn them in advance, eh?
After reading this article, they quickly bought a ticket out of town.
I'm sure they're long gone.
Why wait for the FBI to "visit?" Geeeezzzz!
To: kattracks
What? The FBI closing in on Bill and Hillary Clinton, they have the most evil gang ever.

If this is the same guy I'm thinking of his brother is a professor at the University and has been on O'Reilly. He was suspended with pay for having the head of the Hamas(?) speak at the University and I wonder what ever happened to him. I can't recall his name but it started with an "A"
