Thanks for the ping, but are you sure that "the" Loral case itself was refiled? Judge Lamberth dismissed it with prejudiced and Judicial watch did not appeal. This means that it cannot be refiled.

Do you have a copy of the petition? When was it refiled? Why didn't Judicial watch issue a press release?

Could it be that Judicial Watch merely filed some type of ancillary motion such as one contesting the amount of fees the court reporter cliams is owed?

Do you still have the URL of the court's website that would show the status of the case?
