Absolutely, 100% correct. Everything you said is right on the money. The only question is. "Is it a majority or a minority?" I fear it is the majority, I pray it is NOT!

I'm not sure...I know that right after the 9/11 attacks, my students were quite angry about the attacks, but a good many of them said that THEY weren't going to war, even if a draft was implemented. They thought SOMEBODY ought to do something, but they didn't want to be put at risk themselves.
